This case involves a boundary dispute between the purchasers of adjoining lots which had been sold by a decedents personal representative. The dispute is over a strip of land lying between the conflicting boundary lines claimed by the purchasers. One purchaser, Fred Bailey, brought this suit to eject the other purchaser, Guy Ewing, from the disputed strip and to quiet title to the land in himself. Ewing filed a counterclaim against Bailey and a third-party complaint against the personal representative, Gary Erhardt, to reform the deeds so that Ewing would own the disputed strip. The trial court found for Bailey and Erhardt. Ewing appealed.
